Senior QA Analyst (Mobile/API Testing)

Location: Remote — eligible US locations

Salary: $70,500–$110,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Define test strategy and lead testing from requirements gathering through release.
• Perform regression and feature testing for mobile, API, server, client-server, and native applications.
• Write detailed, concise, and reproducible bug reports.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, customer support, and senior management on QA reports and feedback.
• Improve test coverage, testability, automation, reporting, and specialized QA tools and methods.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience focused on iOS/Android mobile applications, APIs, and server testing.
• Experience leading testing for client-server applications and native apps.
• 2+ years of recent experience using JIRA and TestMo with Agile development teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, complex test strategies, QA methodologies, and independent analytical problem-solving.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL database validation, CI/CD integration, and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Appium, Postman, and JavaScript.
• Experience testing microservices.
• Interest in cycling, running, fitness, video games, or web technologies.
