Brand Protection Moderator (Korean Speaker, Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do

• Monitor and analyse marketplaces, social media, websites, app stores, search engines, and other platforms for intellectual property infringements and impersonation.
• Report infringing content to platforms, internet intermediaries, and other third parties, then check enforcement status and escalate takedown requests.
• Handle platform pushbacks under the supervision of Client Managers and escalate reported-infringer responses when required.
• Research and analyse data from hirify.global systems, Talisman, scraper tools, and other sources to identify infringement trends and develop countermeasures.
• Maintain accurate enforcement records, prepare client presentations and reports, and support client enquiries and meetings.
• Contribute to workflow improvements, team knowledge sharing, and ideas for automation, visualisation, and data presentation in hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Fluent Korean and strong written and verbal English.
• Strong interest in online brand protection and/or intellectual property.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills, including the ability to process large volumes of statistical and qualitative data.
• Clear communication, interpersonal, customer-service, and client-facing skills, including experience collaborating remotely with colleagues worldwide.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet tools such as browser extensions and OSINT tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-growing environment.
