Senior SOC Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Monitor, investigate, triage, and respond to cybersecurity incidents in a 24/7/365 SOC environment.
• Act as an escalation point and lead high-severity or complex security investigations.
• Correlate alerts and log data across endpoints, applications, databases, identity systems, networks, mobile platforms, and cloud environments.
• Use SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, EDR/XDR, sandbox, and other security technologies to improve detection and response.
• Apply AI-enabled tools with human judgment, automate repetitive SOC processes, and recommend AI solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Refine playbooks, policies, procedures, and detection processes while mentoring junior analysts and supporting cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, particularly in SOC, incident response, and IT environments.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence platforms, identity systems, sandboxes, vulnerability management, and EDR/XDR tools.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, incident response, security monitoring, and analysis of large volumes of security events and logs.
• Ability to conduct advanced investigations, make decisions during complex or high-severity incidents, and apply critical thinking.
• Experience in a 24/7 operational environment and willingness to participate in off-hours and on-call rotations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, integrity, adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.

• GCIH, GCED, Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate, or CISSP certification.
