What you will do

• Lead a diverse team of frontend and backend engineers building the post-booking platform.
• Advise Product Managers and business stakeholders on engineering strategy, squad objectives, and the long-term technical roadmap.
• Plan and deliver complex cross-team projects while maintaining performance, stability, security, and scalability.
• Coordinate priorities with Product Managers across OTA, bus, train, and carpool teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers through feedback and career planning.
• Promote continuous improvement and the effective use of modern tools, including AI-driven acceleration.

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in an engineering management position with proven people management skills.
• Experience building reliable, scalable, and secure consumer-facing products.
• Technical knowledge across backend technologies such as Java and Spring, and frontend or mobile technologies including Kotlin, Swift, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to connect technical constraints with business and compliance requirements.
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills in a high-stakes environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
