Claims Processing Technician II-Hybrid (Insurance)

Location: Richfield, Ohio, USA; hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day remote. Core in-office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth onsite day determined by business needs. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Process and organize claim file information for basic claims across one or more lines of insurance.
• Handle moderately complex claims involving coverage questions or recovery potential.
• Review claim operations and identify opportunities to streamline procedures and improve efficiency.
• Support initiatives that enhance claims processes and reduce costs.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in claim operations or customer service.
• Working knowledge of claim data processing systems.
• Ability to develop knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance policies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
