Fullstack Developer (TypeScript/React)

What you will do

• Own complex, business-critical full-stack projects from conception through deployment.
• Build and improve authentication flows, permissions, authorization, and user-access experiences.
• Contribute across backend and frontend systems to create seamless product experiences.
• Improve observability and performance using tools such as Sentry and Datadog.
• Strengthen testing resources, team practices, CI/CD, and release strategies.
• Collaborate through code reviews, architecture discussions, pair problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Requirements

• Professional full-stack development experience with TypeScript and React.
• Deep experience with testing and release strategies, plus a strong quality mindset.
• Strong observability and performance mindset, including the ability to quantify product usage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and common DevOps processes.
• Comfort working with or learning AI-assisted tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Strong English communication skills and availability to work remotely from the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Portugal.
