We create courses focused on physical health, movement, and mental well-being — products that genuinely improve people’s lives.We are building one of the largest global projects in this niche — and we are already well on track. The company operates with a $1M+ monthly ad budget, has achieved 2–3x revenue growth over the past year, and is planning to triple spend again this year.300+ courses, a strong Meta channel, direct-response funnels, solid unit economics, and a high-performing team.Our goal is to become a top-5 global wellness edtech company within the next few years.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the core product to match the scale of our audience and the strength of our marketing.
• Define and execute the product strategy across the entire product portfolio.
• Build a strong product culture centered around customer research, data, and rapid experimentation.
• Drive Product-Market Fit for new initiatives while continuously improving existing products.
• Lead Product Discovery through Customer Development, JTBD, and user interviews to uncover real customer needs.
• Run fast experimentation cycles using MVPs, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
• Identify and strengthen the moments that create customer value—from first-time activation through long-term retention.
• Own engagement, habit formation, activation, monetization, and the core product metrics that drive growth.
• Oversee the entire product ecosystem, including the platform, mobile applications, user experience, and future products.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing product organization, including Product Managers and product leaders.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Analytics, Design, and Engineering.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a CPO, VP of Product, or Head of Product in an international Health & Wellness company or a high-growth B2C subscription business with millions of users.
• Proven experience taking products from zero to Product-Market Fit.
• Track record of launching and scaling products in Tier-1 markets, particularly the United States.
• Deep expertise in Product Discovery, Customer Development, JTBD, product research, A/B testing, and product analytics.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing product teams and product culture.
• Experience building AI-first products or integrating AI into the product experience.
• A deep understanding of user behavior—what drives engagement, retention, and habit formation.
• A genuine passion for improving people's health and well-being through product.
