TL;DR
Program Scheduler (DoD/Integrated Master Schedule): Developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for multiple work packages with an accent on dependencies, resource conflicts, milestones, and program-level reporting. Focus on coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, assessing schedule impacts from budget and requirement changes, and producing rolling forecasts, critical-path analysis, and executive briefings.

Location: Midwest City, Oklahoma, United States; full-time work in the hirify.global Midwest City office

What you will do

  • Develop, integrate, maintain, and perform health checks on Integrated Master Schedules for multiple work packages.
  • Track task status, dependencies, milestones, critical paths, resource conflicts, and deadline risks.
  • Coordinate schedule inputs from technical, systems engineering, security, cost, modeling and simulation, and other functional leads.
  • Assess scheduling impacts from budget drills and requirement changes, adjust plans, and advise stakeholders on risks and recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, four-week rolling forecasts, status charts, and high-level PowerPoint briefings for IPT and executive meetings.
  • Support DoD purchase and service request tracking and provide strategic scheduling input to program management and work package managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Experience submitting and tracking DoD purchase and service requests.
  • Familiarity with DoD programs, organizations, schedules, modifications, and procedures.
  • Able to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, communication, analytical, prioritization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

  • Five or more years of experience with MS Project.
  • Knowledge of R-plan.
  • Experience with Access, Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office 365 Professional.
  • Forward thinking, adaptability, accountability, sound decision-making, industry knowledge, and attention to detail.
