Android Engineer (mid-level) (Kotlin)

Location: Kraków, Poland; candidates must be within a generally 1.5-hour commutable distance of the Kraków office hub. Remote-first hybrid work with periodic in-person gatherings at the closest office.

What you will do

• Develop Android application features and write production-quality code.
• Work across the software stack, including opportunities to contribute to backend microservices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define specifications and deliver customer-facing features.
• Own the full engineering lifecycle from design and implementation through QA, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work with engineering groups located around the world.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of commercial software development experience.
• Professional experience developing Android applications.
• Experience with reactive programming on native mobile platforms.
• Ability to learn new technologies and break down complex technical problems into simple solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a sense of ownership and pride in the work.
