Customer Support Representative (CSR) (Customer Support): Handling lead calls, converting them into service appointments, and resolving customer complaints and inquiries with an accent on scripted communication, CRM usage, and appointment scheduling. Focus on managing customer interactions, responding promptly during the Wed–Sun schedule, and maintaining service quality during night shifts.
Location: Bishkek, Moscow Street, 118; onsite or hybrid work

What you will do
- Answer lead calls and convert them into service appointments.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text according to the script.
- Schedule and reschedule service appointments.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
- Maintain the call schedule and work with the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent English required in written and spoken communication.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant approach.
- Fast learning and promptness.
- Readiness to work at night; applications from students are not considered.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Culture & Benefits

- Work schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, described as a night shift.
