Digital Marketing Assistant (Gamedev)

Location: Cambridge, UK; full in-studio or hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days per week in the studio. Relocation support is available if relocation is required.

What you will do

• Support the planning, delivery, and reporting of performance marketing campaigns for game launches.
• Build paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Write advertising copy adapted to different game brands and audiences.
• Set up campaign tracking links and coordinate ad tracking and website analytics with web teams.
• Collect monthly performance and finance information, raise purchase orders, and coordinate submissions with Finance.
• Brief creative requirements, review advertising assets, analyse competitor activity, and support campaign testing and optimisation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting paid media campaign setup in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different brands and audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in developing a career in performance marketing.
• Ability to work in the Cambridge studio full-time or at least 3 days per week under the hybrid arrangement.
