Property Manager (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Manage the local real estate portfolio and align mid- and long-term space requirements with internal business units.
• Negotiate and manage external rental contracts, ensuring compliance with lease terms and local regulations.
• Maintain real estate databases, portfolio tools, legal documentation, and internal approval records.
• Develop maintenance plans and projects, coordinate facilities management providers and contractors, and manage claims.
• Manage environmental, health, safety, and security risks while supporting sustainability and quality initiatives.
• Manage tenant, landlord, vendor, and authority relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate management or related activities.
• Professional working proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with property management, lease contracts, site selection, and property inspection.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and purchasing.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, analytical, strategic-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
