Sr. Project Manager (Creative)

What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end project schedules in Asana for new product introductions and creative initiatives.
• Lead intake, briefing, scope alignment, milestone tracking, change management, risk escalation, and project retrospectives.
• Facilitate creative reviews and business-group milestone meetings, including documenting decisions within 24 hours.
• Coordinate Slack channels, team stand-ups, status meetings, project documentation, asset repositories, toolkits, and handoffs.
• Align Creative, Design, Product Marketing, Industrial Design, and Color/Materials/Finishes workflows across stakeholders.
• Manage AI assistants and agents that automate scheduling, milestone tracking, notes, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-profile creative campaigns and content for recognized brands or entertainment studios from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end creative campaign schedules, including briefing, concept development, production, final delivery, and scenario planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including resolving conflicting feedback and supporting decisions involving budget, timing, and scope.
• Deep expertise in Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack, with high proficiency in modern AI tools and agents.
• Strong emotional intelligence, composure, communication skills, and ability to work across globally distributed teams and cultural contexts.
