What you will do
- Extend and maintain existing code repositories according to established patterns and conventions.
- Build data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes integrating sources such as Google BigQuery and SAP.
- Design and maintain database structures for operational and analytical workloads.
- Develop front-end interfaces, backend features, administrative functionality, and scheduled jobs for internal SaaS applications.
- Support machine learning use cases in computer vision and forecasting by preparing data and features.
- Follow Git best practices and communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions across the distributed team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience contributing to and extending existing code repositories in a team environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Git and collaborative version control practices.
- Clear, consistent communication and comfort working with a distributed team.
- Depth in at least one area: database development and SQL, front-end/application development, ETL and data pipelines, or machine learning.
- Comfort working across tasks assigned according to team needs rather than a single fixed role.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google BigQuery, SAP integrations, or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Experience building or maintaining SaaS applications for forecasting or inventory management.
- Experience with computer vision, time-series forecasting, cron jobs, or administrative tooling.
- Background in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement.
