What you will do

• Own and scale social proof solutions end-to-end, ensuring high quality and coverage across platforms.
• Drive the product roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities and translating them into concrete ML initiatives.
• Take LLM solutions from prototype to production, collaborating with engineering on architecture and data flows.
• Establish LLM evaluation infrastructure, including offline pipelines and annotation processes.
• Design and own A/B tests and quasi-experiments to ensure credible impact measurement.
• Define and operationalize metrics that reflect true business value.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and LLM-based systems in noisy, multilingual contexts.
• Strong judgment on model selection, prompt engineering vs. fine-tuning, and cost/latency trade-offs.
• Experience owning data science solutions end-to-end from problem definition to production.
• Production-grade coding skills in Python and SQL.
• Strong foundation in statistics, causal inference, and hypothesis testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with data collection and labeling pipelines.
• Familiarity with agentic development tools.
