Integration Architect (MuleSoft)

Location: Hybrid positions in Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, or Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Define and maintain integration architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
• Own the architecture of integration solutions delivered across multiple teams.
• Prepare and review high-level designs and integration component specifications for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Review and approve solution designs prepared by development teams.
• Define interfaces, data models, and integration patterns for complex system landscapes.
• Act as an architectural escalation point and mentor senior developers progressing toward architecture roles.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an architecture role, including at least 2 years in integration.
• Experience taking responsibility for architectural decisions in complex integration projects.
• Strong experience with modern APIs and integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, EDI, and API management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity.
• Understanding of integration security concepts, including OAuth2, TLS/SSL, and certificate-based authentication.
• Client-facing experience, collaboration with distributed delivery teams, and strong communication skills.
