What you will do

• Own the user experience of a key platform area from customer insight and information architecture through flows, interaction design, and pixel-level execution.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, data analysis, and discovery to determine what is worth building.
• Use AI vibe-coding tools to create fast, clickable prototypes and validate concepts with real users before engineering work is scoped.
• Turn prototypes into clear specifications and collaborate closely with engineers through delivery.
• Strengthen the design system across concepts, principles, and production execution.
• Evaluate shipped work using product metrics and user feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking.
• High proficiency in Figma, including components and design system work.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with customer interviews and usability testing, and the ability to turn findings into concrete design changes.
• Comfort working with product data and translating metrics into design decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and using AI tools to build working prototypes, or a strong willingness to develop this skill quickly.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, the creator economy, marketplaces, or EdTech.
• Frontend familiarity with React or a similar technology.
• German language skills.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, prototyping, or shipping code.
