Senior IT Analyst (SQL)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 2/3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800–1,050 PLN per day on B2B

What you will do

• Design reporting solutions and prepare detailed requirement specifications.
• Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams and explain their impact.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT Analysts, developers, testers, and multiple stakeholders.
• Support the development of sustainable and reliable solutions aligned with the target architecture.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT development teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and a good understanding of data-flow integration.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to scrutinize data and handle complex requirements and dependencies.
• Good requirements elicitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Excellent written and spoken English; a self-driven and collaborative approach to teamwork.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trading and/or transaction reporting.
• Experience with XSLT, BDD, and Communication Layer.
• Foundational programming knowledge and the ability to read code.
