Customer Success Analytical Consultant FMCG Nordics (1 year fixed-term contract)

Location: Oslo, Norway; based in the Oslo office with hybrid work options

Salary: NOK 555,500–900,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Support assigned FMCG clients with data platform and analytical questions.
• Develop business analyses, category presentations, insights, and recommendations.
• Prepare client events, newsletters, webinars, and thought leadership materials.
• Generate sales leads through knowledge of client businesses.
• Train clients to use the cloud-based Discover data platform.
• Contribute to an engaging Nordic Customer Success team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG business analysis, market research, or category management.
• Commercial degree in Economics with strong graduation results.
• Fluent Norwegian and strong written and spoken business English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience delivering presentations and communicating analytical findings.
• Ability to turn data into narratives addressing the “why,” “so what,” and “now what” for clients.
