Senior Data Analyst (Linux)

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Prioritize and manage stock exchange and trading activity data issues through incident management and an internal ticketing system.
• Investigate and resolve data issues using Linux terminals and server-based data management tools.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to schedule releases and implement bug fixes.
• Improve existing data flows and maintain service quality for clients.
• Drive service improvement initiatives to reduce recurring data issues and improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Linux terminal and server-based environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, perform data conversion, and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in trading or financial services.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data extraction.
• Proficiency with Linux command-line tools.
• Fintech or comparable financial technology experience.
• Client-facing experience and confidence in external meetings.
