Employer Branding & Engagement Expert (SaaS)

Location: Munich-based or willing to work onsite regularly; hybrid remote work is available within the EU.

What you will do

• Own and deliver the culture and employee engagement calendar.
• Translate company culture and values into authentic stories and employee experiences.
• Create and execute onboarding, wellbeing, CSR, values, community, and internal communication campaigns.
• Develop employer brand content for recruiting and communication channels.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Build internal networks, mobilize colleagues, and measure and improve initiative effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience developing and delivering events, culture initiatives, and internal campaigns.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences and channels.
• Creative, structured, hands-on, and execution-focused approach with strong initiative and ownership.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
• Based in Munich or willing to work onsite regularly; hybrid remote work is limited to the EU.
