Head of Product Management (Payments)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market approaches for strategic payment solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and business case development through launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and product positioning using market research and customer insights.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities to drive product innovation and long-term commercial success.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Management experience, preferably in payments, financial services, software, or a technology-driven environment.
• Experience managing complex product lifecycles, roadmaps, and cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, including business case development, pricing strategy, and market positioning.
• Experience working with international cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Business fluency in German and English is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Experience in software development, business analysis, or Agile product delivery environments.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and technology-driven product management.
