Platform Operations Junior Engineer

What you will do

• Process platform provisioning requests and maintain connections with global telecom operators and partners.
• Troubleshoot issues across messaging channels and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to resolve operational inquiries and support timely service delivery.
• Monitor operational patterns, identify inconsistencies, and support data-driven troubleshooting.
• Maintain internal documentation, databases, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement through AI tools and automation of repetitive work.

Requirements

• Up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical mindset and interest in telecommunications, platform operations, or messaging technologies.
• Comfort with operational processes, data analysis, and pattern recognition.
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools for operational tracking and analysis.
• Curiosity, proactive learning, and practical use of AI tools for work, learning, or problem-solving.
• Experience with customer-facing, partner-facing, or coordination-based work is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational support, customer support, or back-office administration.
• Exposure to routing operations, network operations, or telecom environments.
• Understanding of SMPP, SS7, or messaging routing concepts.
