System Configuration Specialist II (Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom)

What you will do

• Independently deliver medium-sized projects, system enhancements, and support requests.
• Design, configure, and improve scalable business systems and enterprise application processes.
• Build reliable integrations with existing platforms and support data flows between systems.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and resolve technical issues.
• Assess implementation risks and dependencies, and plan mitigated rollouts.
• Document technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience as a Systems Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, CRM Administrator, or Configuration Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom, including Salesforce Flows, Zendesk automations and triggers, and Intercom workflows, bots, or messaging campaigns.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, automation, and business process optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, investigate incidents, and resolve technical challenges independently.
• Experience integrating systems and supporting data flows; familiarity with Postman, Workbench, or REST APIs is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and system governance skills.
