AI & Gameplay Engineer

What you will do

• Create and configure behavior systems for non-player characters.
• Help build next-generation racing AI that delivers appropriately challenging and engaging player experiences.
• Design and implement performant gameplay systems and functionality.
• Collaborate with audio, VFX, UI, design, and engineering specialists to integrate game features effectively.
• Contribute as a multidisciplinary generalist to problems beyond a single area of specialization.

Requirements

• Passion for gameplay and AI.
• Strong C++ skills.
• Experience working on at least one multiplatform game title.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of how to write performant systems.
• More than three years of games industry experience as an engineer.

Nice to have

• Professional experience developing games with Unreal Engine.
• Experience with behavior and perception systems.
• Experience interacting with game physics engines.
• Experience shipping a title on console and PC.
• Interest in building both small bespoke solutions and complex systems.
