Senior Software Engineer, FiveM (C++)

What you will do

• Maintain and improve existing and new C++ codebases, focusing on quality, stability, and efficiency.
• Support software releases across multiple branches in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve critical issues while maintaining platform stability.
• Drive release planning, deployment, and rollback procedures.
• Maintain and enhance build, test, and release automation pipelines.
• Monitor platform health, performance metrics, and operational KPIs after releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience using C++.
• Strong understanding of computing fundamentals and large codebase management.
• Excellent problem-solving and C++ debugging skills.
• Understanding of memory layout, padding, cache efficiency, and system performance measurement.
• Experience with source control workflows, branch management, code integration, and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with GitLab or GitHub, including CI/CD systems, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Nice to have

• Passion for games and curiosity about how game technology works.
• Experience with or interest in user-generated content.
• Experience with security engineering, complex program optimization, crash dumps, or C++ applications for multiple runtime environments.
