TL;DR
Software Engineer (C++): Maintaining and improving the Cfx.re creator platforms, including FiveM and RedM, with an accent on low-level technology and system performance. Focus on debugging complex C++ code, managing large codebases, and enhancing build and release automation pipelines.

What you will do
- Maintain and improve existing and new codebases to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Support software release processes across multiple branches in coordination with production teams.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve critical issues while maintaining system stability.
- Drive release planning, deployment, and rollback procedures.
- Enhance build, test, and release automation pipelines to improve development workflows.
- Monitor platform health and performance metrics post-release to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience on a software development team using C++.
- Strong understanding of computing fundamentals and memory layout considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging C++ code.
- Experience with source control workflows and branch management.
- Proficiency with GitLab and/or GitHub CI/CD systems.
- Ability to work on-site in London.
Nice to have
- Passion for games and curiosity about low-level technology.
- Experience with User Generated Content (UGC) platforms.
- Background in security engineering.
- Experience optimizing complex programs and analyzing crash dumps.
