DBA SQL Server (EN/FR)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Salary: USD 28,000–52,000 per month

What you will do

• Administer SQL Server databases using versions released after 2014 and Sybase ASE.
• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, database maintenance, troubleshooting, migrations, upgrades, and platform refreshes.
• Operate and maintain high-availability solutions, including AlwaysOn and Transactional Replication.
• Administer and optimize SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI Server environments.
• Support cloud database platforms, particularly Azure, and handle on-call duties with staggered working hours.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator.
• Solid knowledge of T-SQL and PowerShell scripting.
• Good understanding of database architecture, infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.
• Availability for on-call duties and staggered working hours.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS or GCP.
• Experience with .NET, C#, Angular, or Rust.
