Site Reliability Engineer (Azure)

Location: Remote within the United States; legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required without current or future visa sponsorship. Office location: Andover, Massachusetts.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based company bonus.

What you will do

• Lead automation of CI/CD, software-defined infrastructure, provisioning, and deployments.
• Create and maintain customer cloud environments for the hirify.global PLM platform.
• Set up cross-region environments and deploy services across multiple cloud environments and regions.
• Improve cloud operations, monitoring, system reliability, performance, security, and availability.
• Diagnose and remediate security and privacy issues, providing technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product DevOps, support, development, and professional services teams on customer issue resolution.

Requirements

• BSc or BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Expert knowledge of at least one required technology and advanced knowledge of at least three others.
• Advanced experience with Terraform, Packer, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, monitoring, and Git.
• Intermediate knowledge of CI/CD practices and Docker.
• Strong communication skills, self-direction, adaptability, and commitment to quality.
