Site Reliability Engineer II (Azure): Automating cloud-based services infrastructure and tooling for software solutions serving architecture, engineering, and construction with an accent on Azure deployments, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and service reliability. Focus on designing infrastructure automation, troubleshooting production outages, improving availability and performance, and participating in rotating on-call support.
Location: Office-based in Lithuania or hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas
Salary: From 5,200 EUR gross per month in Lithuania, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do
- Automate and improve CI/CD infrastructure and tooling through Azure DevOps, scripting, and proprietary systems.
- Automate Azure cloud deployments, resource provisioning, and infrastructure operations.
- Architect, develop, provision, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure and automation tooling.
- Troubleshoot application development, deployment, and operational issues.
- Investigate availability, performance, and outages while leading proactive technical resolutions.
- Maintain monitoring and alerting systems and participate in a rotating production on-call schedule.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant training and experience.
- More than 5 years of experience with cloud services development, deployment, or cloud infrastructure maintenance using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Programming experience in a high-level language such as C#, Python, Golang, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of AD, DNS, IIS, networking, Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise, and Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager templates for infrastructure deployment.
- Experience defining operations as code with version control, peer review, and CI/CD for application and infrastructure changes.
