Site Reliability Engineer II (Azure)

TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer II (Azure): Automating and operating cloud-based infrastructure and tooling with an accent on Azure deployments, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and service reliability. Location: Office-based in Lithuania, with a hybrid arrangement in Vilnius or Kaunas. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required.

What you will do

• Manage and improve CI/CD infrastructure and automation tooling using Azure DevOps, scripting, and proprietary systems.
• Automate Azure deployments, resource provisioning, and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot application development, deployment, and production operations issues.
• Investigate availability, performance, and outages while driving proactive technical resolutions.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting systems and collaborate with engineers during on-call incident response.
• Ensure infrastructure practices and operational processes comply with organizational policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent training and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with cloud services development, deployment, or IT cloud infrastructure maintenance.
• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Programming experience in C#, Python, Golang, Ruby, or an equivalent high-level language.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise, plus knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, IIS, networking, and Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Experience defining infrastructure and operations as code with version control, peer review, and CI/CD.
