Junior Reconciliation Officer (Finance)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; Workplace: Hybrid

The role supports the Finance team of one of hirify.global’s affiliated companies, focusing on the protection and safeguarding of clients’ assets and funds.

What you will do

• Prepare client data reconciliations and ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Produce reports and documentation for regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Back Office team.
• Prepare and maintain bank records, monitor outstanding items, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with monthly income calculations and coordinate with other teams, advisors, and service providers.
• Follow reconciliation procedures, track regulatory developments, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong organisational, teamwork, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
