Junior Trader

What you will do

• Monitor internal order executions, trade confirmations, customer outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Review trading activity across more than 12,000 instruments, including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, and forex.
• Perform continuous best execution monitoring and prepare reports for internal committees.
• Develop KPIs to evaluate trading data and performance.
• Process dividends and corporate actions in trading systems while ensuring accurate product pricing.
• Conduct post-trade surveillance and collaborate with other departments to improve procedures, systems, and tools.

Requirements

• University or college degree in mathematics, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or another analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business-level English or above, equivalent to B2 or higher on the CEFR scale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Nice to have

• SQL or Python skills.
• CySec Advanced Certificate.
• Knowledge of another language.
