Back Office Administrator (24/7 Shift Rotation) (FX)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid model with two days working from home. The role follows a rotating 24/7 shift pattern, including night shifts and occasional weekends. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Cyprus; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available.

What you will do

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and funds transfers.
• Investigate anti-fraud cases and request additional documentation when required.
• Check KYC documents, activate accounts, and respond to client funding and account approval emails.
• Communicate with banks and payment processors to resolve operational matters.
• Provide back-office support to other departments and respond to general finance inquiries.
• Submit payment gateway balance screenshots for accounting reconciliation and report issues to the line manager.

Requirements

• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including night shifts and occasional weekends.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Basic computer skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FX industry or funding operations.
• Knowledge of an additional language.
