Reconciliation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid model with part-time office work

Salary: EUR 24,230–30,000 gross annual target range

What you will do

• Conduct daily reconciliation of the PRIME service for TSYS clients.
• Produce consolidated reconciliation status reports for all clients.
• Investigate out-of-balance incidents, raise tickets, and track root-cause resolution and data recovery.
• Design and test automated balancing spreadsheets tailored to new client configurations.
• Analyze, design, and test additional reconciliation checkpoints for existing clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, payments, banking, or finance.
• Degree-level education in finance, banking, IT, a numerate subject, or equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice skills, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
• Ability to work independently according to an agreed schedule and support the team when required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail, reporting accuracy, initiative, and a proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge.
• Basic Jupyter Lab knowledge.
• VBA knowledge.
• London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Higher Accounting qualification.
