Account Payable Assistant Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Review and process complex vendor invoices while ensuring adherence to internal controls, tax compliance, and payment terms.
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports to optimize working capital and reduce aging balances.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits and support month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Resolve complex invoice and payment discrepancies with vendors and internal business partners.
• Design and implement automation and AI-driven improvements for invoice processing and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain smooth finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance or accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coupa as a procurement system.
• Experience with SAP as an ERP system.
