What you will do

• Prepare and issue customer invoices using SAP accurately and timely.
• Monitor customer payments, manage AR aging reports, and resolve billing disputes.
• Perform account reconciliations and record customer payments.
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and execute timely payments.
• Prepare monthly AR reports for auditors and tax authorities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• High level of precision in invoice processing and account reconciliation.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
