What you will do
- Execute regional audit cycles within defined timeframes.
- Analyze consumer and customer-acquisition data to identify irregularities, anomalies, and potential fraud.
- Inspect branch acquisition processes, applications, sales transactions, and collections for compliance with internal procedures.
- Collect supporting evidence and document complete chronologies of audit findings and violations.
- Follow up on reported process deviations and communicate findings to branch managers, compliance teams, and senior audit management.
- Monitor corrective actions and process improvements resulting from audit findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Law, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, field audit, operational risk, or fraud investigation.
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, including KYC, onboarding, credit applications, and collections.
- High attention to detail, investigative ability, professional report writing, and documentation skills.
- Integrity, accountability, professional skepticism, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is an added advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or consumer finance.
- Knowledge of Indonesian fintech and financial institution regulations.
- Experience with data validation tools or mobile-based audit platforms.
