Identity Services Lead (IAM)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Identity Services capability, including SLAs, risks, incidents, service performance, and continual improvement.
• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity PAM, MIM, Active Directory, PKI, and cloud identity.
• Lead complex technical escalations, major incidents, and identity-related risk management.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, provisioning, access governance, RBAC, privileged access, service accounts, and non-human identities.
• Support Entra ID capabilities including MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, B2B, SSO, and federation.
• Engage customers and support architects and project teams with technical guidance, roadmap input, service maturity, and automation.

Requirements

• Strong enterprise IAM or Identity Services experience in a complex operational or managed services environment.
• Hands-on experience with several IAM technologies, such as Entra ID, Active Directory, PAM, MIM, or IGA platforms.
• Strong understanding of joiner-mover-leaver processes, privileged access, RBAC, SSO, federation, and identity governance.
• Experience managing incidents, risks, SLAs, and service improvement.
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide technical direction and coordinate specialists without formal people-management responsibility; understanding of Essential Eight, Zero Trust, and identity security.

Nice to have

• Experience with Semperis DSP, Venafi, Password Manager Pro, Microsoft Defender for Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow IAM, or PowerShell.
