Operations Program Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Patuxent River, Maryland; situational telework may be authorized

Salary: $83,930–$125,840 per year for Maryland locations

hirify.global’s Mission Engineering Division delivers technical solutions and expert support for U.S. defense programs, including modeling and simulation, cyber transformation, air vehicle mission integration, and lifecycle support.

What you will do

• Support PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G Weapons Systems Integration integrated Product Team operations.
• Provide business, acquisition, program management, technical service, and day-to-day operational support.
• Coordinate staffing requirements, data-drill responses, technical evaluations, and tasking across leadership, departments, government stakeholders, contractors, and external partners.
• Prepare action-item trackers, meeting minutes, program briefings, status reports, point papers, RFIs, and other program documentation.
• Analyze requirements, budgets, schedules, program status, technical alternatives, and business cases.
• Support plans, out-year execution, change control, documentation, and data management for aircraft and weapons acquisition programs.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance and US citizenship required.
• 3–10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, or an allowed substitution with an associate degree plus two years of additional experience or four years of additional experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and independent-work skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of the Acquisitions Management System and Defense Travel System.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience supporting NAVAIR.
