What you will do
- Lead a dynamic team of 14 onshore employees in Australia, including direct and indirect reports.
- Manage the OWS and Enterprise commercial collections portfolios.
- Manage and improve the credit management matrix to maximize cash collections and mitigate credit risk.
- Ensure agreed financial metrics are achieved across all managed portfolios.
- Drive consistent dispute resolution and protect debt outcomes.
- Build effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial competence and understanding of corporate credit management processes.
- Ability to analyze high volumes of information and make decisions that deliver positive outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a high-performance, engaged team environment.
- Ability to work three days per week from the Melbourne office.
