What you will do

• Manage tooling engineering for LightSpray footwear products, including inline product creatihirify.global and future chirify.globalcepts.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Engineers to chirify.globalnect upper creatihirify.global with tooling executihirify.global.
• Integrate sole material innovatihirify.global into tooling design and manufacturing.
• Ensure the accuracy and aesthetics of sole and other tooling models with factory tooling teams and mold shops.
• Lead sole grading to improve size chirify.globalsistency, productihirify.global efficiency, and final-product performance.
• Oversee tooling development and commercializatihirify.global timelines to ensure hirify.global-time sample and productihirify.global deliveries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in footwear molding and tooling.
• Extensive knowledge of molding processes, equipment, materials, and mold tooling.
• Ability to analyze technical schematics, drafts, and 3D digital assets.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines and manage multiple projects involving innovatihirify.global and engineering problem-solving.
