Focus on independently preparing reinforcement plans to European and German standards, communicating with engineers and checkers, and developing internal drawing guidelines.

What you will do

  • Create, update, and revise CAD drawings for formwork and reinforcement plans, including 3D models.
  • Prepare complete reinforcement plans independently for European projects according to European and German standards.
  • Create CAD deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication.
  • Coordinate technical aspects with engineers, checkers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of CAD drawings.
  • Develop internal drawing standards and work-plan guidelines.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a structural engineering draftsman or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in civil structural engineering design.
  • Secure knowledge of CAD programs, with ALLPLAN mandatory.
  • Profound knowledge of EC2 reinforcement construction rules and experience creating reinforcement plans for European projects.
  • Self-initiative and a reliable, systematic, solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Fluent English, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in wood and steel construction design.
  • Experience with tunnel and bridge construction.
  • Knowledge of German or other additional languages.
