Responsibilities:

- Integrate multiple data sources into the cloud Data Warehouse and ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Design and implement robust ETL processes and data ingestion pipelines.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards and visualisations to meet stakeholder needs.
- Automate business workflows using no-code / low-code tools in partnership with business teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate loosely defined requirements into actionable solutions and respond to data queries.
- Prepare and deliver regulatory reports and ensure compliance with data regulations.
- Implement data quality standards, governance and multi-layer testing for production code.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a data-related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets (or Excel).
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data ingestion, transformation and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good business acumen and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and curious.

Nice to have:

- Experience with data modelling tools (e.g., dbt) and visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Thoughtspot).
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n) and version control (git).
- Programming skills in Python, R or TypeScript.
- Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking or Cryptocurrency industries.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Relevant degree (Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, etc.).
