Big Data Development Engineer (Big Data)

What you will do

• Build and optimize group-level offline and real-time data warehouses to consolidate unified data assets.
• Develop real-time and offline tagging capabilities to support business activities and targeted user outreach.
• Design user and product feature libraries and collaborate with algorithm teams on personalized recommendations and intelligent applications.
• Model data warehouses and design scalable, reusable data assets based on business requirements.
• Establish data cleaning, quality monitoring, and alerting systems to improve data accuracy and delivery stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data warehouse development.
• Expert SQL skills, including SQL optimization, with familiarity with big data engines such as SparkSQL.
• Strong knowledge of ETL, data warehouse architecture, OLAP, BI systems, and multidimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java, along with strong engineering capabilities.
• Strong logical thinking, learning, communication, teamwork, and complex problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Trino, Doris, or TiDB.
