Data Scientist (AI Engineer)

What you will do

• Research and evaluate AI and machine learning technologies aligned with business needs.
• Implement AI solutions across IT systems, business applications, and data management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development and client reporting capabilities.
• Identify AI integration best practices and recommend ways to optimize services and customer experience.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics techniques including regression, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
• Proficiency in Python with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with SQL databases and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, model-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large language models such as GPT and Claude 3, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure sector.
