Data Scientist Mid-Level (AI)

What you will do

• Develop analytical, statistical, machine learning, and applied AI solutions for business and client use cases.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches, modeling strategies, hypotheses, features, evaluation methods, and measurable outputs.
• Design analyses and models for segmentation, forecasting, propensity modeling, anomaly detection, experimentation, recommendations, and decision support.
• Build and maintain reproducible notebook-based workflows and analytical assets in Databricks and other cloud environments.
• Evaluate, train, tune, validate, and compare machine learning and AI models, including LLM-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with analysts, AI specialists, engineers, data engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science or a related analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, machine learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and error analysis.
• Experience working independently with structured, semi-structured, and selected unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of experimentation design, model validation, predictive outputs, and business-oriented analytical problem framing.
• Strong familiarity with Python, SQL, notebook-based development, Databricks, and collaborative data science workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required, including the ability to explain methods and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
• Databricks associate-level training or certification.
• Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Python, machine learning, experimentation, statistics, forecasting, or applied AI training.
