What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the assigned product portfolio to ensure sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Lead cross-functional development projects from concept through commercialization, partnering with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
• Create commercial strategies, including product positioning, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance using metrics like revenue growth, market share, and product vitality.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinicians to generate insights for product innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Life Sciences.
• 8–10+ years of product management experience within the Medical Device or Life Sciences industry.
• Proven experience in upstream product management and leading products from concept to launch globally.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs through VOC activities and convert them into product solutions.
• English fluency is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in Orthopedics or Musculoskeletal fields.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
• Experience with business intelligence or market research tools.
