Loss Prevention Shift Leader

What you will do

• Patrol the property, secure rooms, control access to secured areas, and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct key-control audits, safety inspections, emergency-response drills, and investigations.
• Respond to accidents, emergencies, disturbances, complaints, and safety hazards; contact emergency medical services or provide first aid and CPR when required.
• Gather information, prepare accurate reports and paperwork, and maintain confidentiality of security documents.
• Assist with training, motivation, and coaching of security employees while serving as a role model and first point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, alcoholic beverage control laws, and guest-service expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents and remain standing, walking, or moving throughout an entire work shift.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance, and to work across uneven, confined, elevated, or slippery areas.
