Fraud Prevention Specialist (Luxury Watches)

What you will do

• Inspect new listings to verify the authenticity of watches and the trustworthiness of sellers.
• Monitor and improve security processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Collaborate daily with the Fraud Prevention Team based in Germany.
• Communicate with international clients via phone and email to resolve security concerns.
• Design and implement new mechanisms to keep the marketplace safe and secure.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of luxury watches is required.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Basic technical understanding of security processes used by online marketplaces.
• Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, and resolve challenges independently.
• Proficiency with standard Office programs and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be based in Miami, USA.
