Security Support Analyst – Privileged Access Management (CyberArk): Managing and expanding enterprise Privileged Access Management services with an accent on CyberArk platform operations, privileged account onboarding, and cloud identity security. Focus on automating PAM coverage, integrating Azure and identity governance capabilities, and maintaining secure, compliant access controls across regulated environments.

What you will do
- Administer and support the CyberArk PAM platform, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, Safes, Platforms, SCA, and EPM.
- Manage PAM operations, service requests, privileged account lifecycles, platform monitoring, incidents, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and privileged accounts into CyberArk.
- Configure password rotation, reconciliation, credential retrieval, privileged session management, and application integrations.
- Support privileged access controls across Azure, Entra ID, cloud-hosted environments, and endpoint systems.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, risk, audit, compliance, and service management teams on identity security initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PAM, IAM, cybersecurity, or related IT security disciplines in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on CyberArk experience across PVWA, CPM, PSM, Safes, Platforms, SCA, and EPM.
- Experience delivering CyberArk onboarding from discovery and design through testing, go-live, and operational handover.
- Knowledge of least privilege, privileged session management, password rotation, segregation of duties, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience with Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity governance, audits, and compliance controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

- CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, Microsoft Security, SC-300, AZ-500, Security+, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience in regulated, audit-driven, or highly controlled environments.
